What is the minimum order?
It depends on the commodity and its form. For samples and trial orders, tell us what you need and we'll find a way.
Can I ask for a sample first?
Yes. Samples come from the lot that's available, so you judge the same goods that will be shipped.
Which Incoterms are available?
We're used to FOB and CIF from Indonesian ports. Other terms can be discussed.
What about certifications?
Tell us which certifications or standards you need. We check availability per lot and per village of origin.
