Vanilla flowers are pollinated by hand, one by one. The pods are picked when their tips start to turn yellow, then sun-dried and cured for weeks. The result is a supple, glossy, fragrant pod. We work with farmers in Papua, Flores and Sulawesi, and sort the pods by length and grade.
